How to Undo Transactions in QuickBooks?

1. First you open Quickbooks Account

2. You then navigate to the transaction you want to cancel or delete.

3. You can scan through the type of transaction by using "Previous" and "Next" buttons

4. Then you click on the "Edit" menu and click on "Void".

5. The type of transaction you are canceling can be followed by "Void" option. It voids all amounts and amounts in the transaction, but keeps the transaction number so that you can change it again in the future if you wish or maintain a record of the transaction that took place.

6. Press the "Save" button. If you want to undo the changes you made before saving the transaction, press the "Revert" button.
