1. First you open your Quickbooks account
2. Then you sign in to Quickbooks Account with your administrator login (only administrator can activate Inventory)
3. Now Click on "Edit Menu" Option
4. When the menu is open then after that you click on Preferences
5. After which the Preferences window will open
6. After the Preferences window is opened, click on the option of "Items & Inventory" in the Preferences List
7. Now go to the "Company Preferences" tab from the one you want to edit
8. Check the box for "Inventory and purchase orders are active"
9. Now Click on Ok Button and Save Changes
10. Your QuickBooks Inventory is Now Active.
